About Us
We are a nurse-led, independent organisation based in Witney, West Oxfordshire. The principles of good Nursing Care and Christian values underpin all that we do. Our patients and clients, their families and our staff are at the heart of our work.
Our guiding principle is to treat both staff and clients alike with respect, dignity and kindness as well as demonstrating professional excellence and dependability.
We are passionate about providing an excellent standard of care which is tailored to each individual’s needs.
We can assure you that the planning, supervision and co-ordination of your care will be led and overseen by the management team, including our senior nurses who have many years of experience in the health industry in the NHS and private sectors in both the UK and overseas.
Our aims fall into three broad categories:
Meeting the direct care needs of our patients and clients individually, respectfully and flexibly.
Acting as a Resource Centre – whatever the issue or need we will readily, willingly, efficiently and happily either directly help or source the help required.
Security, Safety and Companionship – Where there is not a present need for direct nursing or personal care, but a tendency towards loneliness or any element of vulnerability we will be of service in any way we can.
